wrong annotations

Thanks for your excellent work! However, Is there something wrong in Line 18403 - Line 18422 of val.json? When I used coco.annToMask(ann) to visualize its mask, an error was reported.

And in the Line 39263, Line 90033, Line 92213, Line 106750...... have similar situation？Perhaps this is a feature rather than a bug? Hope your feedback.

Here are also some wrong annotation.

  1. missing part like ce58cb51683871b8d333c83b2cd0eea
  2. strange annotation style. If the part of object is occluded by other things, the part will be divided to two masks. Is that correct?
