Break out Initialize-HawkModule into individual ps1 files. The internal functions aren't made public and keep failing validation.

Code Review "Initialize-HawkModule". This function initializes the Hawk object. Need to review for a complete understanding of the functionality and migrate all the initialization functions to the PSFramework configuration.ps1 file. The configurations.ps1 file is where all initial configurations are established.
