Robust Cloud command will removed as dependency and will build in capability to handle throttling into Hawk.
Updated to new module and it worked. Closing issue.

At first glance it looks like an error connecting to Exchange Online. In a new PowerShell window run "Connect-ExchangeOnline" and then try running Hawk.
Sorry, I haven't been able to figure out how to replicate this due to being in the US. Will continue to see how to fix this.

Have you used a new PowerShell session? The folder path resides in the $Hawk variable. It's a Global variable. That variable should initialize during the start of any Hawk function...
