bootloop when USB plugged in

this library sometimes makes my ESP32 bootloop when the USB cable is plugged in, it stops bootlooping as soon as I unplug the USB and then it works fine until the next reboot. this board is battery powered and I am using a fully charged 3200mAh 18650.
