Pressing F17 causes alienfan to hijack caps lock even with shortcuts disabled

Describe the bug Pressing F17 will cause alienfan to toggle caps lock, then signal F17, then toggle caps lock a second time. Pressing F17 in quick succession will occasionally cause alienfan to infinitely toggle caps lock every quarter second or so, only stopping when the process is killed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run alienfan-gui, open or collapsed to tray, doesn't matter
2. Trigger an F17 keypress through any software, tested with LGS & G Hub using G15 and G502 respectively
3. Note rapid on-off toggle or vice versa of caps lock
4. Trigger multiple F17 keypresses within the timeframe it would take alienfan to respond to one keypress
5. Note caps lock infinitely toggling on and off (sometimes)

Expected behavior F17 functions as normal with keyboard shortcuts disabled.

Additional context Keyboard shortcuts are disabled in settings, and even when turned on, f17 does nothing besides toggle caps lock on and back off
