Used to work, but is unusable now?

I somehow got this script to work before and it worked great when I tested it. Now when I need it the most, it didn't want to compile any exe whatsoever. and the ones that it did generate, would just crash and display an error.

Also I did get an error saying pyperclip was missing, but I added it to the requirements.txt and that seemed to fix that but only that error
