Duplicate editor indicators
Sometimes while working on a report it seems to loose track about which section is currently edited (see Screenshot below). It may also happen if multiple users work within the same report.
For sure, there is no second tab, second browser or something else.
Hi, the second user info seems to be a leftover of an old connection. When user disconnects or the WebSocket connection is closed, the user info gets deleted from the database. However, in some situation when the server process restarts unexpectedly or is killed or when there are database connection problems, the cleanup is not executed. There is, however, a cleanup job that runs once per hour to remove these stale user infos.
How often do user infos not get cleaned up on disconnect?
