Add Professional license key via the UI

License key must be added to the app.env file currently; afterwards the admin must restart the Docker containers.

It would be more convenient if users could add the license key using the web interface (as already possible with most settings). It would also be nice if the license key was auto-renewed as soon as a new license key was issued.
