[Feature request] Add license free ReadOnly+Comment Role

During reporting we appreciate feedback from our team members who are not pentesters nor writing reports. It would be nice if we can configure read only access but with comment permission. Instead of sharing PDFs with team members. That should not need additional license fees.

Thanks for this feature request. This makes sense and we'll add this to our backlog.

Such features will never cost additional fees. It will, however, not affect SysReptor Community, as there is no permission management built-in.
