I can explain the reason for the _Confirm Save_ dialog box when it's not required, it's because the `if` statement has been commented out https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/blob/main/src/Mod/Material/Gui/MaterialSave.cpp#L142 but _why_ it was commented...

Confirmed, this was changed from a width of 12 to 9 in https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/commit/be3ce13a7c5212e52101d32844292f4c59c4434f#diff-9f5ff585c0ccae99cb8a1b8782760a0acd62b1b55a7eb3766e3e095cd5d9c69d with what appears to have been specifically for the Part Design Hole feature without realising impacts elsewhere....

I think the width should be put back to 12 asap, if the only reason for making it 9 is to keep the Task panel narrower then surely the Hole...

The Snap build is using `Coin 4.0.2` , @Rexbas is there a recommended/minimum version of _Coin3D_ for the packagers? And I suppose _Pivy_ should be built against that recommended version...

Could the HiDPI _Logical DPI/Physical DPI/Pixel Ratio: 96/138.613/2_ also be a factor, I switched EndeavourOs over to Cinnamon Wayland expecting lots of errors and while some misbehaviours like window opening...
