Open blocked chests

It is not possible to silently look into chests that have a block above them. It would be nice if this was possible to do. Maybe also a message in chat that tells you that you are silently opening a container.

A little cheeky.. but the plugin SuperVanish implemented chest/inventory view using OpenInv API. OpenInv is able to open chests silently.
