Add loading state when balances are loading for wallets in Wallet selection screen

Right now, the steps are:

  • Load addresses, display them.
  • For every addresses, load their balances
  • Display balances

The user has no idea balances are loading until they show up. Maybe we should add little spinners or something similar.
