Cyrpess failing, even in the examples demo

I worked hours on this, still cannot get it, I even cloned the repo and run the example, getting the same error:

(Use node --trace-warnings ... to show where the warning was created) Your configFile is invalid: ...\synpress\examples\metamask\cypress.config.ts

It threw an error when required, check the stack trace below:

Error: Cannot find module '../synpress/examples/metamask/node_modules/@synthetixio/synpress/dist/cypress/index.js' imported from ...\synpress\examples\metamask\cypress.config.ts

is there something im doing wrong? just install and run: pnpm test:cypress:headful
