how to install?

i downloaded the .zip and extracted it but when i try to open the .exe file it gives me "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator." but i am the admin of my pc. i have tried disabling windows defender and uninstalling the original version of synthv but nothing has worked, plus the synthv.fun link is down. help appreciated thank u all very much <3
