[BUG]: Issues/PR Greeting Github Action is failing

Description 📝

Greeting workflow which actually triggers when someone opens up a issue ticket is failing for both issues and pull requests. I have attached a screenshot of what Github Action is showing.

This happens on both cases btw: 1) when opening Issues 2) when opening a PR

it's failing on this step:

- uses: EddieHubCommunity/gh-action-community/src/welcome@main
