Support drag and dropping elements
There is already support for dropping files but it would be great to have dropping for elements to create things like kanban boards.

If I understand this correctly, this is a "snapping" based system, right? Cuz if so, we can build is on top of our existing functions, with use draggable, use drop zone and what not.
Hm no not really. If you look at the link from @seanaye you can see this is a whole other can of worms. To be honest I think this is kind of outside the scope of leptos-use and should be its own lib like leptos-dnd or sth.
I'm leaving it open in case someone wants to pick it up because I think it would awesome to have this. In case I ever get around to doing this I'll probably create a new crate as mentioned.
