Leptos 0.7 support

I naively tried to use the leptos-struct-table crate from crates.io in a leptos 0.7 project. It took me a while to realize that the version on crates.io was for version 0.6. Would you like a small PR for ReadMe to make it clearer?

There is a compatibility table at the very bottom but I guess that's indeed very far down and doesn't mention that 0.14 is still beta.

So yes, a PR would be very welcome.
