LICENSE.md probably should include contributors since this repo contains code from multiple people. Also the year needs an update.

I am more concerned about each delivered application "licence compliance". At least, it sounds reasonable to implement an extractor to produce a generic "help page" from information available in Makefile variables: package application(s) links to project home, sources and author credits page...

@publicarray, I'm not sure this is still relevant but for all the *arr
packages I've been updating I've been including a link to the LICENSE or LICENSE.md from the source package distribution (where it exists). Is this correct or no?
