[Package Request] openHAB

Hello,

It would be nice if an opeHAB package could be added to the SynoCommunity repository.

openHAB is a software solution for integrating different home automation systems and technologies into one single solution that allows over-arching automation rules and that offers uniform user interfaces.

One of the more common use cases with openHAB is ZWave automation, which would require USB serial drivers to be loaded, would be great if these were added into the package (or an optional additional package)

@cniweb Why not open a PR? You'll need to change up your code so it can be built with spksrc though.

Sidenote: this needs Java. If we want to get it to work on arches for which Synology doesn't supply a Java package (.e.g older ARM, for one), we'll need to add a package for that too.

I have leave openHAB for Home Assistant. For openHAB, you can refer to installation instructions at https://www.openhab.org/docs/installation/synology.html but it mention Docker because team is not aware of our Java 11 OpenJDK package ! Request: https://github.com/openhab/openhab-docs/issues/1812
