Here is the DxDiag txt : https://hastebin.com/liwosoceki.tex and my amd drivers are 15.20.1062.1004-150803a1-187674C i tried updating them via the catalyst center and it said my drivers were up to date.
reinstalling a older driver worked and i can now play fine with some low screen tearing
