Windows binaries

Please provide binaries of the compiler for windows x86_64 and other archs if possible.

There is Appveyor (https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Syniurge/calypso/history) but I cant see any successfull build for a long time. Currently it fails on being unable to find LDC - probably because it expects to have ldc folder in 7z archive while actual structure contains ldc2-[version]-[platform]-[arch] folder, just as archive name.

@Syniurge any hints on how to build Calypso, maybe? If it's possible in current state, for sure.
