[Bug] Select Input doesn't have an "OuterWrapper"

While the Input component has an OuterWrapper that defines the margin/padding between the label and the input field, and the description and the input field, the Select component does not, which makes the margin slightly wider between label-select-description.

This doesn't show on the Storybook online, so I guess this is just a sync issue with the online version and the repo. We are using ds-select v0.14.7.

We are happy to tackle this issue if it makes sense. Cheers!
