Add unit tests for EF Core Provider

In order to get good coverage of linq operators here we will probably need to implement these unit tests in C#. Primary scenarios are selection, filtering, One -> One Joins, One -> Many Joins and One -> Many -> One with filtering intermingled at each stage.
