There are negative signs in the code for gadgetron_data_containers.cpp that are puzzling. At a minimum, there should be comments to explain. Compare lines 1055, 1027 and 1468 regarding projections. Also, lines 1553-5 and 1683-5 both have negative signs that require explanation.
