Add domains authentication

No it is possible to "take over" someone domain (use it in your hosting), but there is no way to find out to which hosting/instance domain is already attached.

We can do this but this would make current process more complex as it would require additional step for root domains - when CNAME is flattened, we would require TXT as well. This would make hijacking impossible.
