Private submissions not fully deleted

There seems to be some 'ghost' of privately submitted parts in sbolexplorer even when they are deleted: image image image

This is probably an issue with the index not being updated upon removal. If you can provide more steps to replicate this bug, we can take a look.

I simply create a submission. Then under submissions click remove. However it continues to be shown in searches despite seeming removed under collections

This seems to be working now that Elasticsearch is running again. Please test.

Ok, I think I see the problem. The remove of single items does update SBOLExplorer's index, but removing an entire collection does not, so this is a bug.

I still have the above 'ghosts' of submissions, I think the index has been updated in the mean time though?
