Clipping Masks and Opacity Lock

I was wondering, Clip Studio and Krita both kept the opacity of the brushstrokes when drawn over by a clipping mask or with an opacity lock. With AzPainter, this doesn't happen. Meaning when I use opacity lock or clipping mask, the edges of the brush stroke becomes pixelated when painted over and transparency is gone.

Is there any way for you guys to patch this?
