Cleanup and mostly delete this repo

It is my understanding that this form of Yosys is no longer needed as everything has been merged upstream or moved into yosys-symbiflow-plugins.

We should thus cleanup this repository and make it an exact mirror of the YosysHQ/Yosys repo.

The symbiflow-yosys package is no longer built by the https://github.com/hdl/conda-eda CI so I guess this repository can be safely removed or archived.
