Setup does not open with F2

Pressing F2 does not open setup or appear to have any impact on the program. The other F keys (F6, F9, F10) all work as expected. Interestingly, despite not being in the setup screen, "F12 Save Config" is displayed from program start. Pressing F12 seems to have no effect.

I was experiencing the same issue. I enabled the kernel parameter amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xfff7ffff and now temps/setup work as expected. Look at https://github.com/sibradzic/amdgpu-clocks for more info.
