Could you please indicate which version of nvtop you are using? You can use nvtop --version to get that information.

If you are not using v3.0.0, could you please try the latest AppImage available on the release page (https://github.com/Syllo/nvtop/releases/tag/3.0.0) to see if the issue is still present? Documentation on how to use AppImages can be found in the README

Not sure it same or not, but when I leave integrated GPU in CPU Ryzen 7950X is on then nvtop didn't show actual PCIe information for discrete GPU Radeon 7900XTX.

And when integrated GPU in CPU Ryzen 7950X is off then nvtop show actual PCIe information for discrete GPU Radeon 7900XTX.
