ServerMinimap fails to load on Paper 1.19.4

When attempting to load the plugin on the latest Paper 1.19.4 build, it outputs an error: Full Error java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "de.craftlancer.serverminimap.nmscompat.INMSHandler.hasTwoHands()" because the return value of "de.craftlancer.serverminimap.ServerMinimap.getNMSHandler()" is null

This behavior also occurs on Paper 1.19.3.
