No /imagemap command 1.19

Plugin doesn't work according to advertised usage in 1.19. The /imagemap command doesn't exist, and the /maps place command (the only related command with the 'place' variable does not work as described (may be completely the wrong thing but there's no guidance on how the plugin works so who knows.)
