Link to Jira Server Issues

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes, you may need to change more than just the title, description, or estimate of a user story loaded from the Jira Issue Tracker for example: Status, Assignee, Priority, and so on.

Describe the solution you'd like To prevent us from completely rebuilding the Jira Server UI, we should ideally add a link to the issues loaded from the Jira Server into Diveni, which redirects back to the Jira Server issue
