Integrate the Landing Page text into our localization/translation

Currently, the following landing page text is hardcoded in english within our frontend and we would like to integrate it into our localization/translation management. Please note that the original layout should be retained, and we should explore the possibility of achieving this without generating too many lines in our translation file. The best approach would probably be to have one line per box (if possible).
