WIP: Haiku support

This makes it work enough to run commands in CoolRetroTerm.

Haiku doesn't have any logging of users yet, so I had to fake utempter, not sure it's the cleanest way though.

@Swordfish90 This can probably be closed as it's a draft for almost two years now.

The idea of a draft PR was to eventually get comments and suggestions… Meanwhile someone else got our Qt port to work with OpenGL so we get a fully working Cool-Retro-Term now.
