A lot of games in the Libreto Database missing covers

I have a lot of games that match the titles in the Libreto DB that are not scanning properly. I've changed the name a few ways and no luck.

Nintendo - Super Mario Bros. 3 is an example... which is odd.

This happens me with some games without tags like (Europe), ex. Conker's Bad Fur Day isnt giving me any cover but if i add the Europe tag to the ROM so it downloads the game cover... so annoying
