Offline APK release and/or offline libretro core installation path

I have an Android device, which is not connected to the internet in any way whatsoever, however it has a USB port and could mount USB flash drives, which I use to transfer APK files, whenever I want to install something, including Lemuroid.

However, when I installed Lemuroid, it said that it cannot connect to the internet and download libretro cores.

Of course it is expected, but could you please provide an alternative APK download which has all possible cores already bundled within or some solution, how to install the cores without relying on network?

It would be nice if offline installation was described in README file in the main source tree too, because it's the first place where I expected to find that info.
