Removing black-listed commands from help command dialog.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When commands are black-listed they still appear in the help command dialog. This displays NSFW commands that community servers like mine can't have displayed and makes it hard to see what's actually available for members to use.
Describe the solution you'd like I'd like it so that when commands are black listed they don't show up in help command dialogs.
Describe alternatives you've considered I've had to uninstall switchblade at the moment because of the NSFW stuff in the help command despite thinking this bot is best I've come across otherwise!

The command call itself nsfw stuff off-screen.
I think that this is because of the bot's command handles. When you made it blacklisted, you can't execute those commands, but the bot client still lists it since it's from the command folders and other guilds are still using it. I think this can be fixed but we need to wait for a long time.
