update deployment architecture component diagram

The deployment architecture image is outdated: https://github.com/SwissDataScienceCenter/renku/blob/master/docs/reference/services/services-architecture.rst

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the image, preferably using logos where appropriate. Output should be an SVG or other vector graphic. The graphic will be used on the landing page of renkulab.io. Includ other new components like amalthea if they are relevant to include in a graphic.

I think here we need a high-level diagram that is "easy on the eyes" and another one that is more "correct" - similar to the current one but updated and hopefully easier to read.
