Webhooks to internal services do not work on newer version of Gitlab

At some point gitlab disabled webhooks that point to services that are in the same network as the gitlab deployment.

This is not an urgent problem or anything like that. I just wanted to have it "written down somewhere" and not forget about it. Also maybe this will help if someone has this problem.

The option to have webhooks for internal services can be enabled by an admin. See the docs in the link below.
