Renku Session Not Loading

Describe the bug My Renku session for a current project will not load. It comes up with a loading symbol for about a minute and then returns an error code "Status code 504 returned". I can open up previous projects fine. See image for loading phase. Capture

Run environment (please complete the following information):

  • renkulab browser
  • RStudio
  • browser: chrome

thanks for making this issue. Would you mind letting us know in which project are you experiencing this so that we can have a look? Also, if you try to Open in a tab, do you get the project load properly? have you tried this in a private window? with a different browser?
