Allow to refrence charts in the deploy command

The /deploy command simplifies referencing branches and commits but it doesn't allow to specify a chart name. That is already supported by the underlying command to deploy a RenkuLab test instance. The syntax should be aligned.

The natural solution would be restoring the @ before the branch/commit also on the /deploy command
