Having this same issue now, using the 2015 version of PS CC. The extension loads a frame, but has no contents inside even after multiple attempts to reinstall it.

I copy CepHtmlEngine files from Photoshop 2022 and it fixed. I used this files

CepHtmlEngine folder path C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Required\CEP

I have some questions

• Did you copy file to Adobe Photoshop 2020\ or Adobe Photoshop 2015\ ?
• If you copy it to 2015, how did it not work?

NOTE: The files i send is from 2022 and it get slower even in 2020, i'm not sure how your performance will be in 2015. And it's a temporarily fix, you need to upgrade your photoshop in asap.
