Doesn't work on iphone 6

iphone 6 os 12.4.5 Jailbrake - checkra1n 0.12.4 TT versiion - 23.1.0

The tick-tock application on the phone does not start, after which the phone hangs on the spot, only a reboot through the power button and home helps. Too bad it does not work. I tried to run this command with the ID of another application for the sake of interest and it did not start either. What could be the problem?
