Hashtag Color Issue

Thank you for making this module/package. I try to add hashtag in the description but my output is different from yours. I am not familiar with GO so please help me understand where could go wrong. Do I need to add a #-ending symbol?

$ td -v
td version 1.4.2
$ td add "make a #call to mum"

I'm going to keep updates on #40 , so please watch there for this issue (sorry, I missed yours before posting mine)

Current workaround is to put hash at end: td a "give mom \#call" or `td a "work on development of this app #code"
