In iOS on mobile, the keyboard covers the token list

In MetaMask mobile app for iOS, when a user wants to access the scrollable token list, it gets covered up by the keyboard. One has to manually type in the token symbol for the token to appear.

iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Pro 12.9 latest one. iOS 15.6.1 and iPadOS 15.6.1

This also looks odd on android devices (tested on Huawei P30). My suggestion for mobile view (iOS & android):

  • fullscreen modal
  • limit common tokens to 3 items or disable entirely
  • disable fixed footer when modal is opened (on iOS is not visible but I can see it on android)
  • (maybe) make modal scrollable

By the way - this won't be a problem in new Token Picker design if modal will be fullscreen on mobile
