Provide fairer, more accurate APR info to users for farms including carrot rewards

This has been discussed already on few occasions, and should to be prioritized. Farms need to show APR of directly distributed rewards, plus info on possible APR boost if Carrot goal is reached and bonus rewards are unlocked. This could also be shown as a range minAPR-maxAPR. In the best case scenario the carrot goal can be calculated day by day to also show actual APR.
