Warning severity fix of hardcoded values and function refactor 🍒

• Currently some of the values for warning severity are hardcoded like below but they should be imported from the constants folder
• Also if someone can figure out a better way to handle warning severity function and its data $ Bonus points for this one 🍒 and also implement types
