RFC: Support Logging Images in SwanLab Table

In multimodal RL training, we hope to display images from the dataset in the table, so we need the Table to support logging images.

Possible reference: Wandb related support: https://github.com/wandb/wandb/blob/main/wandb/sdk/data_types/image.py#L129
