Rich Presence not displaying

I've had this application working for a while now and it has been doing great, it stopped working today however. I have all features in the menu enabled, tried uninstalling the extension but still did not work. The only thing that has changed for me was the fact that I got a 2nd monitor installed today.

Not displaying as in no change at all, or is it showing an invalid presence? Can you debug? If it just says "Visual Studio" and shows a question mark in the image, pretty sure it's a bug. (I'm planning on opening a PR) Try opening a file or changing the active window.
